Our Story
With over 35 | + years of combined high-end residential building experience, partners Brian Lafauce and Cara Meneses founded ARCHWRIGHT on two principal ideas; high-end craftsmanship with a cutting edge technological focus. In today's market, efficiency drives a successful project. Lafauce and Meneses felt there was a strong desire for a business model that delivers optimum customer value in a transparent, fluid manner.
Working with clients, architects and designers throughout New England, the ARCHWRIGHT team relies heavily on their strong reputation in the custom home building industry. Both partners bring unique characteristics to benefit a project structure.

A project begins with a concept, transitions into a schematic and then develops into a plan. Selecting your project team is key in this initial phase of construction development.
ARCHWRIGHT can help build a collaborative team to fit your project expectations & aesthetics.
A project team, based on the project's scale & scope, may consist of: An Architect, Contractor, Interior Designer, Landscape Architect and/or Civil/Mechanical Engineer.
